Tomasz Linka
Born 19^th of January 1978, Poznań, Poland.

First learned violin making in years 1993 - 1997 in the Mieczysław Karłowicz State Music School in Poznań, Poland. In 2003 graduated Ignacy Jan Paderewski Music Academy in Poznań, Poland, at the violin making department.

Since 2001 a member of the Polish Violin Makers Union.

The title of his written research for the Master of Arts degree was: "Andrea Amati - genius of the new form".

Together with his wife Joanna Plęs they lead violin making workshop in Ustrzyki Dolne, south of Poland, since 2002.
